How to Add Sites to a Project

Upload sites to a project in bulk or add an existing site from the site details page.

Overview

Sites can belong to one or more projects. The same site information is shared across projects; project-specific data (milestones, notes, documents) is managed per project. There are two main ways to add sites to a project covered here.

Upload Sites from the Project

  1. Go to Main Menu → Projects.
  2. Click the pencil icon to edit the project.
  3. In the Upload new sites section, click Upload.
  4. Import sites in bulk to this project specifically.

Add an Existing Site from Site Details

  1. Open the site (see How to Search for Sites in XMP).
  2. On the left-hand side, view projects the site is already in.
  3. Click Add to project.
  4. Select the project from the dropdown and click the Add to project button.
