Using the Site Details Page
Navigate site information, finance, schedule history, and per-project details on one page.
Overview
The Site Details page centralises everything about a site — location, jobs, finance, and project-specific work. Use the tabs and left-hand project menu to move between site-wide and per-project views.
Site Information Tab
- Location overview — postcode, lat/long, map
- Request Geocode at the bottom to auto-fill postcode, lat/long, nearest hospital, and nearest welfare
- Site references and uploaded documents
- Latest job — quick link via the job ID
Schedule and Jobs
- Schedule Overview — jobs currently in the schedule for this site
- Previous Jobs — historical jobs on the site
Finance Tabs
- Site Overview — finance summary
- Finance milestones — filtered finance milestones; use project tabs because finance milestones are per project
- Purchase Orders — per-project revenue, costs, and margin percentage
Per-Project Sections
Click a project on the left-hand menu to open project-specific areas:
- Project Details — site type, option type, technology required, existing technology, and similar fields. See How to Add and Edit Site Types.
- Notes — project-specific notes and team comments
- Project documents — files visible to the whole team
