How to Import Sites in Bulk
Import many sites at once using an Excel file and the New Sites import tool.
Overview
Bulk import is the fastest way to add a batch of instructed sites. You prepare an Excel file, upload it through Import, and XMP processes all sites in one go.
How to Access
Go to Main Menu → Import → New Sites.
Importing Sites
- Download the template from the Site Imports page if you do not already have one.
- Fill in your sites in Excel — as many rows as you need.
- Upload the file on the import page.
- Let the tool process the file and add your sites.
This is especially useful when you receive a batch of site instructions and want to load them quickly. Ask your onboarding manager for help creating a site importer template if needed.
