How to Add a Site in XMP
Create a single site with location, reference IDs, and project assignment.
Overview
You can add sites individually when you receive a single instruction or need to add a handful of new sites. Each site needs at least one site reference value and should be linked to a project.
How to Access
Go to Main Menu → Search Sites, then click Add New (top right).
Adding a Site
- Enter the Name and location details including either a postcode or lat/long.
- Add at least one site reference value (see How to Set Up Site Reference Types).
- At the bottom of the form, assign the site to a project.
- Click Create, then either add another site or return to the site list.
Nearest hospital and nearest welfare can be added automatically after creation — use Request Geocode on the site details page if needed.
