How to Update Project Milestones from a Site
Set forecasts, actuals, options, remarks, and evidence from the Project Milestones tab.
Overview
When you are working on a particular site, the Project Milestones tab lets you update milestone data without opening a live report. Select the project on the left first — milestones are project-specific.
How to Access
- Open the site via Main Menu → Search Sites.
- Select the relevant project on the left-hand menu.
- Open the Project Milestones tab at the top of the page.
Updating Milestones
You can:
- Set forecast and actual dates
- Change option / status values
- Leave / edit remarks
- Upload / view evidence documents
After each change, click the green tick button to save.
Filtering Milestones
- Use Search Milestones at the top right to find a milestone by code or name
- Filter by phase when you only need one phase of work
