How to Create Milestone Phases
Group milestones into phases with names and colours for clearer reports.
Overview
Milestone phases group related milestones together — for example, survey, design, rigging, or commercial phases. Each phase has a name and colour used in reports when you view milestone data.
How to Access
Go to Main Menu → Milestones, then click the Milestone Phases button.
Creating a Phase
- Click the Add New button.
- Enter a Name for the phase.
- Pick a colour swatch — this colour appears in reports for milestones in this phase.
- Save the phase.
When you create a milestone, select the phase it belongs to.
