How to Reset a User Password

Help team members reset their XMP password using your instance's reset page.

Overview

When someone forgets their password, they can reset it themselves using your XMP password reset page.

Reset Password Page

  1. Log out of XMP (or open a private browser window).
  2. On the sign-in screen, under Sign In With Password, click Click here if you've forgotten your XMP password.
  3. The reset page URL is your XMP domain followed by /reset-password

Send this link to anyone on your team who needs to reset their password. The system then emails them a link to create a new password.
