How to View and Filter Training Profiles
Use filters and search to quickly find staff members and view training status by discipline.
Overview
The training profile table provides a central view of all your staff members' training status. You can filter this table by discipline to see all staff with a particular set of training requirements, or search for specific individuals. The table also displays a traffic light system showing whether each person's training is up to date, approaching renewal, or expired.
Accessing Training Profiles
To view the training profile table:
- Go to Main Menu → Training → Profiles
This table shows all staff members who have been assigned training disciplines.
Understanding the Traffic Light System
The Discipline Training column uses a traffic light system to show training status:
- Green: All training certificates are current and up to date
- Amber: One or more training certificates are coming up for renewal soon
- Red: One or more training requirements have passed their expiry date
This gives you an immediate visual overview of your team's training compliance status.
Filtering by Discipline
To filter the training profile table by discipline:
- Use the filter options on the right-hand side of the training profile page
- Select a discipline from the filter dropdown (e.g., "Electricians")
- The table will update to show only staff members assigned to that discipline
This is useful when you want to see all staff with a particular set of training requirements at a given point in time, such as checking which electricians have up-to-date training.
Searching for Specific Staff
To quickly find a specific staff member:
- Enter their name in the Staff Name field
- The table will filter to show matching results
This allows you to quickly locate individual staff members and review their training status.
