How to create an Operational statistics Widget
Create an Operational Statistics Widget from the Dashboard using milestone data.
Overview
Operational Statistics Widgets allow you to quickly interpret milestone data and measure performance across your sites or projects.
These widgets are useful when you want to track progress, compare milestone statuses or highlight key operational figures directly from your Dashboard.
How to Access
Go to Dashboard → Configure → Select a Widget → Operational Statistics.
Creating the Widget
Give the Operational Statistics Widget a name. This is optional, but it can help you and your team understand what the widget is showing at a glance.
Select the milestones you want to view. These milestones will be used to calculate and display the operational statistics within the widget, then click on Create Widget.
You can use this to monitor key areas such as completed work, outstanding milestones, delayed actions or other milestone-based performance measures.
Once you have selected the relevant milestones, save the widget so it appears on your Dashboard.
This is especially useful when you want a quick visual summary of how work is progressing without needing to open each individual site or report.
