How to Clone a Report
Duplicate an existing report and configure it for new projects while keeping the same milestone structure.
Overview
Cloning a report duplicates an existing report's configuration — including fields and milestone structure — so you can repurpose it for new projects without rebuilding from scratch. This is useful when you want the same layout across multiple productions or programmes.
Cloning a Report
- Go to Main Menu → Reports.
- Find the report you want to duplicate in the table.
- Click the Clone button (two squares icon) on the right — or use the pencil Edit icon if you prefer to change the original.
- Enter a name for the cloned report and confirm.
Configuring the Cloned Report
After naming the clone, you enter edit report options:
- At the bottom of the project list, add any extra projects you want in the clone.
- Click Milestones for the first project in the list.
- Check milestone order down the left-hand side and drag to rearrange if needed.
- Click Done and Sync — this syncs milestone order across all projects in the report.
- Remove any projects you do not want in the cloned report.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Viewing Your New Report
After saving, click View Report at the top. The clone opens with projects and milestones in the order you configured. You can then edit fields, conditions, or projects as needed.
